Seal & stuff envelopes to eligible families	First Baptist-West	mid-July
Sign maker	Jesus Christ of LDS Church	5 signs to be delivered to Mary Susan by July 29
Set Up Group	Volunteers are signed up	About 5 people with healthy backs to move around tables and chairs Monday Aug. 2 late afternoon, probably 3:00.

Tuesday August 3

TASK	CHURCH RESPONSIBLE	DETAILS
10a.m.-noon	Central United Methodist & Presbyterian Church of Radford	Volunteers arrive 8:40 a.m.
1:00-3:00 p.m.	St.Jude's Church	Need 5 volunteers; arrive 12:40
3:00-4:00 p.m.	Volunteers are signed up	about 3 people to replace MOST of the furniture
4:00-6:00 p.m.	Jesus Christ of LDS Church	need 3 volunteers; arrive 3:40
TAKE DOWN	Volunteers are signed up	Need about 3 people after last session to put room back in order;
